My work is a colourfiul job. A few examples tell more than just words.
The hardware design process must be flexible. Not all requirements are always known from day zero. The changes are necessary, and I always keep in mind plans B or even C.
I focus on the simplicity of each design. A strong focus is always on removing complexity and keeping the necessary parts. The result is higher reliability and a longer product lifetime.
A part of my time is dedicated to the market observation. All renowned silicon manufacturers present their new products frequently and I focus on keeping touch with them. I like to learn new things and it is one of my
